About the Self Made Foundation, Inc.

Vincent Zadeh is the entrepreneur who became one of the cannabis industry’s first moguls, without selling a single gram. Having gone from bankrupt to billionaire, he knows firsthand how difficult it can be to start a business from nothing. However, he is proof it is possible. Having donated millions to charity already, he has turned his focus on establishing a non-profit foundation and leveraging his story through an autobiography entitled “Huma Rising” with all sale proceeds being donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Operation Smile, ASPCA, and Sierra Club Foundation.

In launching Self Made Foundation, Inc., Vincent has sought to empower aspiring entrepreneurs from low-income or disadvantaged backgrounds, while also supporting their communities in the process. Focusing on three key elements: grants, education, and community outreach, Self Made Foundation, Inc. serves to benefit young entrepreneurs and various charitable organizations throughout the country.

1. Grant Support

Self Made Foundation, Inc. will provide monetary grants to specific disadvantaged and low-income individuals on an objective and non-discriminatory basis, so to support the development and growth of burgeoning entrepreneurs’ businesses and help lift aspiring entrepreneurs on the basis of their ideas and strength of their determination to succeed.

2. Education

As part of its mission to assist aspiring entrepreneurs in the further development of their business skills, Self Made Foundation, Inc. seeks to implement a mentoring/education program that pairs disadvantaged and low-income individuals with local entrepreneurs and investors.
